Privacy

We collect name, email, phone, service address, vehicle description, and payment details (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers). We use that to schedule washes, bill you, and message you about your slot.

We also measure homepage views, booking-button clicks, and which FAQ questions are opened using our own server logs and a random identifier stored for your browser tab. These events do not include your name, contact details, address, vehicle information, or page URLs. We do not send these events when your browser signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.

We do not sell your information. Ops staff see today's route so they can find the car. Email support@autowa.sh to correct or delete account data, subject to records we must keep for taxes and claims.
